摘要：Copolycarbonate blends containing 4,4'-dihydroxydiphenyl or substituted 4,4'-dihydroxydiphenyl and polycarbonate from pure bisphenol-A can be prepared which atsmall levels of 4,4'-dihydroxydiphenyl or substituted 4,4'-dihydroxydiphenyl on the totalamount of end product retain the desired properties of copolycarbonates (A) withoutalteration. Polycarbonate blend comprises (wt.%): copolycarbonate (A)(1-99) fromcompounds of formula (I): (0.1-48), complimentary amounts of compounds of formula asbisphenol-A monomer (II), and pure bisphenol-A polycarbonate (B): R1 to R6 = H, 1-4Calkyl, optionally substituted phenyl, halogen; R5 to R8 = H, Me, Cl or Br; and X = 1-5Calkylene-alkylidene, 5-6C cycloalkylene, 5-10C cycloalkylidene, An Independent claim isincluded for a shaped body and extrudate from the polycarbonate blends.
