2. What is your opinion of Many Chinese people shift jobs?

The main reason is satisfaction,It could be job satisfaction, if people are hard working and if they are not satisfied with the package they get they tend to change companies till they are satisfied.

People these days are changing their jobs for better opportunities and to reach the top positions in the hierarchy.

Managers are one among so many other reasons, satisfaction in salary .

There are several reasons that people change jobs, restlessly seeking the one they can both live with and work within. Based on my personal experience, these are the three significant ones:

(1)We didn’t select the right job for us in the first place.

It all depends on the situation a person is into. Nevertheless ,it is found that most people quit their jobs due to improper guidance/motivation/not identifying them as one amongst the team & their immediate superiors/managers are the one's to be

blamed for. One's immediate boss/manager is supposed to be the torchbearer of one's rise or fall in his career. Obviously one can't rule out the role of the person, his attitude towards his superior/mentor & his own job profile. This is a very complex situation if you ask me, and the blame can't be put on anyone without having taken a note of the circumstances that one went through. (2)We don’t get along with our boss.

If you love your boss, and you love your co-workers, they become traps that keep you in the job that may be wrong for you— remember you can convert your relationships with those people to friendships, and move on.

(3)We don’t feel a connection to those we work with.

3. As we all know, interview is very important for people who want to get the job. What is your view on the interview manners/etiquette?

Whether we can get the job we want largely depend on our performance in an interview. Therefore, we must pay more attention to the interview etiquette.

First, your appearance: You’d better wear formal dress. It’s a best way to show your temperament(气质). Just let you clothes clean and tidy. Do not color your hair or make a complex hair style, just as simple as possible.

Key words: Concise(简洁) natural(自然) generous(大方) decent(得体) Second,your behavior: When you sit, you’d better sit on the two thirds of the chair. Don’t lean on the back. When you stand, just stand up straight and make you back straight. Smile on your face is always a plus. Others, use your body language appropriately; Keep eye contact with the interviewer; Use appropriate gesture; Shake hands with the interviewer politely at the end.

Third, some useful point: To be punctual for appointment; Do as an active listener; Grasp the focus of conversation quickly; Think carefully and respond quickly; Keep sincere attitude; Avoid giving an irrelevant answer; Do not interrupt the interviewer’s talking; Do not talk endlessly; Not to be arrogant.

4. Recently, many people shift jobs frequently especially young graduates who are just entering the workforce. Job-hop is a common society problem. What is your view on the people who often change their jobs?

There are many reasons that lead to this phenomenon. I make a conclusion as follows: Salary: This is key point, I think. They feel that they do not get enough pay for their

work, especially overtime pay(加班费). They want a job that pays well, so they have enough money to pay for house mortgage, car and other expenses in their life.

Working environment: Some people’s working environment is so bad which evidently threatens their health. People in this kind of situation are eager to change their job.

Career development: Young graduates who just get the job feel discriminated. They often are arranged to do trivial(琐碎的) things which is irrelevant to their major. They feel their chances of promotion are so small that they choose to give it up. They want a job that is good for their self-improvement and personal abilities.

Time: People want to have a job with flexible time. They don’t want to live just for work, but also for their own life. People with flexible time can dominate their time freely and also work efficiently.

Welfare: medical insurance, pension, unemployment insurance and so on. People just want to have a job that they can feel secured and guaranteed in their future life. There are so many uncertain factors.

There are also other causes. My thinking is that working experience is very important for us. When you have the impulsion to hop to another job, just think about it carefully. We should grasp every opportunity to improve ourselves.

5. standard of good work: 1, you like;

2, there are prospects for development; 3, regular;

4,pollution-free, without doing harm to the physical and mental health; 5, steady and substantial income;

6,acquire knowledge and improve our capacity;

7, we can be competent or qualified by learning and so on.
