1.1 Preparation before accommodation ladder test: (all of moveable parts to be
greased before test, and check insulation value, over-current protection, earth linking etc of electrical installation.)

1.1.1 Check the proper installation and completeness of whole set of accommodation

1.2.1 Verify by visual examinations that no damages or permanent deformations of the
tested arrangements and structures occurred after 15 minutes of the static load test of the accommodation ladder inclined to 30°and loaded by the following weights evenly distributed on:
将舷梯倾斜30°并且按下面各负荷值,把重物匀布于舷梯各个位置,在静止状态下保持15分钟,检查其布置和结构有没有损坏或永久变形。 -400 kg –top platform of acc. ladder, -上平台放置400Kg

1.3 Function Test(without load and swing out test)

side and observe proper function of turning gear.

1.3.3. Lower the ladder until inclined 55°to horizontal line and check the following

1.3.5.Verify correct function of the following driving and control arrangements during
hoisting and lowering operations:

handrails and protecting devices.

1、 试验前准备 Preparations prior to the test 1.1 检查各线路正确性。

1.3 试验前应向船检提供克令吊CCS证书,含活动零部件、钢丝绳证书。
The CCS product certificate for deck crane and certificate for movable part & steel wire to be provided before test.
1.4 电气冷态绝缘检查。
Check the electric cold insulation
试验前后对液压泵站电机的绝缘电阻测量并作记录,建议选用500V 兆欧表分别在电机绕组对机壳作冷态和热态绝缘电阻测量。电机绕组的冷态(实际冷态)绝缘电阻应不低于5MΩ,电机绕组的热态(在热状态)绝缘电阻应不低于2MΩ。
Measure and record insulation resistance of motor of the hydraulic pump station before and after test ,The cold (actually cold) insulation resistance of the motor winding shall not be lower than 5MΩ ,and the hot (actually hot) insulation resistance of the motor winding shall not be lower than 2MΩ.

1. OIL HOSE DAVIT TEST 吊负荷试验
1.1 Preparation before oil hose davit test:
Check the proper installation and completeness of whole set of oil hose davit. 在吊试验前的准备工作:检查整套吊装置是否安装完好。 1.2 Test item and sequence: 试验项目和顺序
1.2.1 No load test: all the moving parts and sheave should be lubricate sufficiently.
未装载时试验:充分润滑所有可活动的部件和滑轮。
1.2.2. Rated load test: test load is 500kg. Hoist the test load manual. Push the jib from
inside to outside of shipboard, then hoist up and down. Check the flexibility and orientation condition.
额定负荷试验:试验负荷为500 kg,手动提升被装载物品,把吊杆从船内侧向船舷移动,然后上下提升。检查其机动性与方向性。
1.2.3 Heavy load test: test load is 1.25SWL=625kg. Hoist the test load and keep for 5
minutes, then hoist up and down twice and rotating the jib left and right twice. Check the reliability of jib, post and base have distortion crack or not after discharged the road.
重负荷试验:试验负荷为1.25SWL=625kg.,提升被装载物品保持5分钟,然后上下提升两次,左右转动臂杆两次。卸掉负荷后,检查臂杆、臂柱及底座有无变形和裂纹。
2. SUEZ CANAL LAMP DAVIT TEST 苏伊士运河灯吊负荷试验
Suez canal lamp davit test the same as oil hose davit test. 苏伊士运河灯吊的试验内容与燃吊的试验类似。
